Ep. 3 - Mina Lavcheva - violinist by day and fighter by night

Mina is one of the strongest women I have ever met. She plays the violin several hours a day, has tendonitis in both of her arms, and still manages to give a hundred percent every time she trains. She trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga. We discussed how she balances her schedule and what she thinks about before a fight.
